BIDCO Marine Group is the parent company for five distinct divisions, Buffalo Industrial Diving Company, BIDCO Fabrication Technologies, BIDCO Dredge and Dock, BIDCO Offshore, LLC and The Buffalo Shipyard. company's recent scope of services it has provided it clients includes the replacement of 10-ton caterpillar gates on the face of a dam - 145 feet underwater in zero visibility, also completed was the design, fabrication and installation of
hydro-power inlet and outlet works components, including trashracks, bulkheads and sluice gates.

The company is currently providing underwater support services 24 hours a day - 7 days a week for the installation of natural gas pipelines offshore of the northeast coast. Its divisions have also collaborated on contracts incorporating both deep water dredging and sensitive environmental dredging projects; rock drilling & blasting; shoreline excavation and marine transportation of spoils, as well as other significant contracts involving placement of large volumes of underwater concrete.
